ABOUT NEAL WEICHEL Qualifications After graduating from UCLA, I spent seven years in the corporate sales environment as a top salesperson and sales manager. I began my real estate career in April of 1991 and have been one of the top agents in Santa Clarita since 1992. Since 1999 I have been the top producing agent in Santa Clarita. However, all the accolades, awards and accomplishments wouldn’t mean much without creating happy clients along the way. Year-to-date, more than 60% of my business can be attributed to positive word-of-mouth referrals from past clients. Philosophy I believe today’s real estate market requires specialization. To date I have sold over 3, 500 homes in the Santa Clarita Valley.
